The Customer is responsible for all return shipping, handling, and/or other charges. Any unopened merchandise, accompanied by a receipt, will be refunded in the original form of payment. Items that have been opened will not be eligible for return or exchange. Returns involving product bundle sets and/or free gifts with purchase are subject to special policies and rates; they may be eligible for full refunds if the entire order is returned unopened. All returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
