Q: Are you able to ship your products to S. Korea?
A: Yes, we ship to S. Korea. All shipments to S. Korea require the following:
·Name of recipient
·Address, postal number
·Phone number (can be either mobile or home phone number)
·Customs Clearance Number or Resident Registration Number
When placing an online order:
·Once desired items are placed in the Shopping Cart, complete the Shipping Details.
·Put the recipient’s name in the space “First Name” in Korean.
·In the space “Last Name”, put the recipient’s Customs Clearance Number or Resident Registration Number.
·Change the “Country” to South Korea.
·Provide a phone number of the recipient

Q: What are the exchange/return policies?

You may return or exchange product purchased from us within 30 days of the shipment date. The Customer is responsible for all return shipping, handling, and/or other charges. Any unopened merchandise, accompanied by a receipt, will be refunded in the original form of payment. Items that have been opened will not be eligible for return or exchange. Returns involving product bundle sets and/or free gifts with purchase are subject to special policies and rates; they may be eligible for full refunds if the entire order is returned unopened. All returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
